We are excited to welcome an influential individual to our team who, through their leadership and presence in the community, can highlight builder success and spread passion for MongoDB. You’re ready to put a program in place that features community and team members on camera (and microphone), showing builders the possibilities of using our platform. At the foundation of your passion and expertise is a love to equip others through video, social, and community channels. Our ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience in a builder role, such as a software engineer, architect, or developer, where they deployed data-solutions in production. Ideally, they will have additional experience in a customer-facing role (such as solution architect), teaching, or related technical role, where they’ve used code and content to support others. Though the expertise you bring will be unique, our team is built to work together to share knowledge and help each other grow. You will work with others at all levels, elevating their influence, reach, and presence across our industry. You should have a genuine passion for equipping other developers to be more productive and successful. Position Expectations Below are examples of the types of work you will be doing. Your mix of activities will vary week to week based on priorities and event schedules. Produce high-quality video, audio, and written content. You will create narratives that showcase our builders, and how they use MongoDB's capabilities, to motivate others to build applications using our platform Build a portfolio of content, based on performance data and strategy, that likely includes recurring video series, adhoc, and timely content, that align MongoDB technical motions and emerging patterns in the industry Support
