Monthly US travel to one major metro. ai/jd-lead [2] AI Engineer, Agent Builder — Hands-on builder embedded on the same engagement. End-to-end ownership of individual capability agents — prompts, tools, retrieval, evals, monitoring. 3–5 yrs strong Python, real production LLM API experience, shipped at least one agent system end-to-end. 1099 contract, ~30–40 hrs/wk. Occasional US travel. ML — Founding platform engineer on our productized governance, evaluation, and deployment surface. Own the roadmap, write the code, set the operational posture (SLOs, on-call, audit). 5+ yrs, prior engineer-in-charge experience. Quarterly US travel.
