#vacancy #QA #lead #fintech #kotlin #limassol #java #automation 🚀 QA Team Lead | FinTech Product We are looking for an experienced QA Team Lead to join our growing FinTech product team and drive quality across backend systems and payment-related services. 💰 Salary: €5,000–€6,000 net 🔹 What You'll Do • Lead and mentor the QA team • Improve QA processes, testing strategies, and quality standards • Coordinate testing across projects and releases • Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, and Stakeholders • Perform backend/API testing using Postman & Swagger • Analyze logs and troubleshoot issues via Grafana & Kibana • Drive QA automation initiatives and increase test coverage • Participate in release planning, risk assessment, and defect management 🔹 What We're Looking For ✔ 5+ years of software testing experience ✔ 2+ years of QA leadership experience ✔ Strong FinTech domain expertise ✔ Experience with Kotlin and Playwright ✔ Solid backend/API testing skills ✔ Hands-on experience with QA automation frameworks ✔ Experience with Grafana, Kibana, and monitoring tools ✔ Strong understanding of STLC and QA methodologies ⭐ Nice to Have • Payment systems experience • gRPC and event-driven architecture testing • Experience building automation frameworks • Agile/Scrum environment experience • Product mindset and customer-focused approach 🌟 What We Offer • Work on modern FinTech products • Supportive and collaborative team • Professional growth and leadership opportunities • Competitive compensation package (5-6k eur net), help with a relocation (tickets, accomodation), visa support 📩 Interested?
