SLSQ327R442 The Consulting & Systems Integrator (C&SI) team accelerates Databricks' growth by building and managing relationships with the leading data technology services companies. In this role, as our Global Accenture Lead, you will drive a high-performing partnership focused on the strategic go-to-market motions with the Accenture Databricks Business Group (ADBG) to accelerate the business and manage a global team. You will lead this global partnership and implement a cohesive strategy to grow an iconic partnership focused on expanding mindshare, growing revenue, scaling the newly formed ADBG, and driving joint innovation. You will report to the Vice President of System Integrator Partners The impact you will have: You will manage a team of global alliance professionals You will expand and develop a partnership focused on delivering predictable and recurring growth within a mutually defined plan You will engage the C-Suite at Accenture to build out the Global Strategy and Business Plan You will help accelerate Databricks' and the partner's adoption within new opportunities and use case expansion You will develop a training strategy resulting in practice growth and knowledge expansion You will secure investment and establish programs around repeatable IP and solution investments, resulting in essential go-to-market plans You will launch go-to-market events and mindshare activities that promote joint customer adoption and new logos You will create and foster executive-level relationships at all levels within the partnership</li&
