We are looking for 2 super strong people: 1x Tech Lead / Software Architect (Strong overview of hybrid Python/Rails systems & DevOps) 1x Senior AI & Data Science Expert (Python, NLP, LLM orchestration, heavy ETL pipelines) With the tech lead, we can search for 1st Ror oriented and 2nd Python oriented (client knows that it would be hard to find someone with both). About the project: AI-focused startup building an outside-in company intelligence platform. The solution analyzes organizations using publicly available data and third-party sources to generate structured insights across areas such as operational efficiency, digital transformation readiness, customer experience, and business opportunities. The company currently offers two products: A business intelligence platform that generates detailed company assessment reports for consulting and enterprise clients. A sales intelligence platform that identifies potential commercial opportunities and supports enterprise sales teams with data-driven prospecting. The product combines AI-powered research, large-scale data aggregation, and automated report generation. The existing engineering team consists of three external software engineers, and the company is looking to strengthen its development capabilities with business-oriented engineers who can collaborate closely with both stakeholders and external partners.
