What you’ll do Responsibilities Work with engineers, designers, and product managers to design and build highly scalable and secure consumer experiences that process billions of dollars per year Design and build APIs, services, systems and experiments that evaluate the effectiveness of new and existing product features against critical business metrics Coach and mentor junior engineers, assist in hiring, and partner to develop team culture/best practices Participate in all parts of the software development workflow to improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes Operate at the intersection of data science and software engineering - apply state of the art data analysis tools and ML to understand/improve product and user behaviors Build software including creation, modification, and testing of source code written in Ruby, JavaScript, Typescript, and JVM languages Who you are Minimum requirements 6 years of Software Engineering experience.
