We have an aggressive roadmap, strong engineering, and a clear inflection point as a company. We need someone who can define what great product looks like here, build and protect the team that executes it, and operate credibly at the executive level. WHAT YOU’LL DO Build and lead LayerZero's product function - define the operating model, hiring bar, and culture of the team from the ground up. Directly manage IC PMs across our product lines; set standards, unblock execution, and develop the team. Be the product voice at the executive level - represent the product function in leadership discussions on roadmap, resourcing, and strategic direction. Own the cross-product roadmap; ensure all product lines are moving in a coherent direction with clear priorities. Drive alignment between engineering, BD, and the product team - translate business and technical context into executable product strategy.
