The impact you will have:
In this newly created role you’ll be pivotal to shaping Elliptic’s sales and marketing teams. You’ll help shape world class global teams which directly deliver on our market opportunity. You’ll combine using your market knowledge and AI fluency to embed and run seamless processes at scale with creating compelling candidate experiences. You’ll personally hire for some of our most critical roles.
What you will do:
- Be the key business partner to our sales and marketing leaders, as well as all non-tech department heads. You’ll shape their experience, reporting and headcount planning
- Deliver key hires. You’ll personally manage senior IC and leadership hires, partnering with our Talent Partners across London, New York and Singapore to create outstanding candidate experiences
- Up level our capability and ass
