Overview
Work directly with the ABF BD team to execute ABF's go-to-market strategy, driving user growth through campus
ambassador recruitment and local community partnerships. Open to both domestic US and international students.
Responsibilities
- Campus Ambassador Recruitment: Recruit campus ambassadors/leads at target universities — 5–10 per month.
Ambassadors are directly responsible for new user acquisition and representing ABF's values.
- Local Community Partnerships: Build relationships with student organizations (blockchain/fintech clubs,
international student associations, etc.) and local community leaders in your city — minimum 3 community
partnerships per month.
- GTM Execution: Plan and host 2–3 informal peer-sharing sessions per month. Support other GTM-related tasks
as needed.
- Data Tracking & Feedback: Closely monitor performance metrics for campus ambassadors and community
partnerships; provide improvement recommendations. Collect student feedback and user insights to relay back to
the product team.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or master's program. Preference for majors in business, finance,
economics, marketing, or computer science (with interest in fintech/crypto).
- Also open to current MBA students or recent graduates within 3 years.
- Existing connections to the communities ABF serves; prior campus/community leadership experience preferred.
- Strong English communication skills; multilingual is a plus.
- Proficient in social media content creation.
