Description

As a Senior Manager, you will define business plans for your group and lead offshore business activities, including sales support, opportunity analysis, pre-study, implementation, and upgrade projects for both existing and new customers.    This is a key leadership role responsible for managing a group of managers, ensuring smooth offshore operations, achieving business targets, and overseeing projects end-to-end with a strong focus on quality, delivery, and contractual compliance.  Industry Knowledge [link] Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Frameworks and Libraries [link] Minimum 10 years of experience in software development, including at least 5 years in a senior management role (Senior Manager level or higher). APIs and Web Services [link] Strong experience in offshore delivery management, preferably for Japanese clients. Security [link] Solid experience in business planning, business documentation, and executive-level presentations. Databases [link] Proven track record in budget management, project estimation, quality management, resource management, and risk management. Problem Solving [link] Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum) Adaptability [link] Experience managing large-scale or multi-project environments. Languages [link] Fluent Japanese communication and negotiation skills (JLPT N2 or above). Agile environment [link] Strong leadership capabilities with a demonstrated ability to drive execution and deliver results.
