We are looking for a Data Business Analyst who will help bridge business needs with the capabilities of our data and analytics teams. You will work alongside a Product Owner, Scrum Master, Data Engineers and BI Specialists, contributing to the development of analytical and reporting solutions used across the organization. Position – how you’ll contributeCapture, analyze, and document business requirements related to data, reporting and analytics initiativesTranslate stakeholder needs into clear user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteriaSupport the Product Owner in backlog management, prioritization and feature clarificationCollaborate closely with Data Engineers, BI Developers and business stakeholders to define data requirements, KPI definitions and reporting needsAnalyze source systems, data flows and reporting processes to identify business and data requirementsFacilitate workshops, discovery sessions and requirement clarification meetingsContribute to functional specifications, process flows, data mapping and solution documentation Expectations – the experience you need4+ years of experience as a Busi
