Job Summary We are looking for a top technical embedded systems development expert, who will lead the design, architecture, and development of highly complex software solutions. In this role you will be responssible for providing strategic direction, overseeing technical roadmaps, and guiding teams through the most challenging aspects of embedded software engineering. Responsibilities and Duties Design, implement, and optimize embedded software solutions for hardware platforms, ensuring high performance and reliability. Conduct code reviews to maintain software quality and provide mentorship to junior engineers, sharing best practices and guidance. Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate and test system components, ensuring seamless hardware-software interaction. Identify and resolve complex bugs or system issues, ensuring the stability of embedded systems across various environments. Evaluate and adopt new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance development processes and improve system performance. English language proficiency Qualifications and Skills 5+ years proficiency in C/C++ for embedded systems development and Python Strong experience working with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and bare metal development for microcontroller
