MariaDB.
7. Experience writing unit and integration tests.
8. Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
9. Working knowledge of Git and Docker.
10. Ability to independently analyse technical problems and develop effective
solutions.
11. Strong ownership mindset and ability to deliver production-ready software.
Good to have:
Experience with one or more of the following will be an advantage 1. Kubernetes
2. Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging/event-driven technologies
3. AWS, Azure, GCP, or other cloud platforms
4. CI/CD and DevOps practices
5. Application monitoring, logging, observability, and distributed tracing
6. Agile/Scrum development environments
7. Performance tuning and optimization of backend systems
Project Experience:
Candidates should have worked on at least two relevant software projects, preferably
involving backend development, APIs, microservices, distributed systems, or other
production-grade applications.
During the selection process, we will evaluate candidates based on actual hands-on
experience, technical depth, project understanding, coding ability, and problem-solving
skills.
