Description

Overview: We are seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead and drive the software development teams in achieving timely and high-quality product delivery. This role involves coaching teams, facilitating Agile practices, managing delivery risks, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple development teams and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies. Key responsibilities Agile Leadership & Team Facilitation Serve as a servant-leader for Backend, Frontend, and QA/AQA teams, ensuring Agile principles and Scrum best practices are effectively implemented Coach and mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, to maintain collaboration and transparency Identify and remove impediments, ensuring teams remain focused on delivering value Delivery Management & Execution Own the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring timely execution of features and initiatives based on an approved roadmap Collaborate with the Product Owner and Engineering Leads to define feature delivery plans, including scope, dependencies, and risk assessment Monitor and control feature delivery progress across sprints, ensuring commitments align with the agreed plan Proactively manage risks and dependencies, coordinating across multiple teams to ensure smooth delivery Enforce stakeholder engagement, ensuring expectations are managed, concerns are addressed, and feedback loops are effective Lead issue resolution during sprints by working closely with team members and engineering leads Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement Continuously evaluate and refine delivery frameworks, improving efficiency and effectiveness in Agile workflows Maintain up-to-date documentation on delivery processes, agreements, and best practices Drive process automation and improvements, ensuring a
