This is a hybrid position, currently requiring a minimum of two days per week onsite at our office located at 2 Queen St. E in Toronto, ON. THE ROLE We're hiring a QA Lead to build mobile test automation for our travel platform's native app (React Native/Expo). This would start as an individual-contributor role today, with scope and team expected to grow over time. RESPONSIBILITIES Build and own a mobile UI test automation framework using Appium and WebdriverIO with TypeScript, covering iOS and Android. Extend our existing Playwright API test suite to cover backend data sources Set up and manage cloud device testing infrastructure for iOS and Android Define testing processes, regression strategy, and release readiness standards for mobile Work with the mobile development team on testability and quality standards Align mobile testing practices with the broader QA organization
