About the Role: We're seeking a Mobile Developer to build innovative mobile solutions that drive our retail-transformation mission. You'll join a collaborative team at TMES dedicated to delivering high-impact IT services while growing your skills alongside experienced professionals in our office environment. Key responsibilities Build high-performance iOS and Android mobile applications for retail operations. Implement responsive user interfaces aligned with design guidelines and standards. Integrate mobile apps with backend services using REST and GraphQL APIs securely. Optimize app performance, battery efficiency, and offline-first capabilities. Develop barcode scanning, inventory management, and location service features. Write unit and UI tests; debug and resolve production issues promptly. Collaborate with design and backend teams to deliver seamless solutions. About you: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years working in Mobile Development. including Retail and Distribution Apps experience are preferred. Proficiency in Flutter, React Native, Swift, or Kotlin. Strong REST/GraphQL API integration and mobile CI/CD pipeline skills. Proven ability to write unit/UI tests and debug production issues. Google or mobile development certification preferred. Good communication and presentation skills. Hands-on, good team-player, logical thinking and service-minded.
