เป้าหมายของงาน: ทำงานร่วมกับ Business เพื่อค้นหา use case และพัฒนา/นำ AI Automation หรือ AI Agent แบบง่าย ๆ ไปใช้จริง ลดเวลางาน เพิ่มคุณภาพ และทำให้คนใช้งานได้ หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ Responsibilities 1. Use case discovery & requirement · เก็บความต้องการจากหน่วยงาน (interview / workshop) · สรุป pain point และออกเป็น use case พร้อมเป้าหมายที่วัดผลได้ · ช่วยจัดลำดับ backlog (Impact x Effort x Risk) 2. Process mapping & solution draft · ทำ AS-IS / TO-BE แบบเข้าใจง่าย (flow, checklist, SOP) · เสนอแนวทางแก้: automation, workflow, template, AI assistant/agent แบบ basic · เขียน prompt/spec เบื้องต้น และกำหนด human-in-the-loop 3. Build PoC ด้วยเครื่องมือที่องค์กรใช้ · ทำ PoC/Prototype ด้วยเครื่องมือ low-code/no-code (เช่น Power Automate/Make/Copilot Studio/Chatbot platform) หรือทำร่วมกับทีม Dev · ช่วยทดสอบ (UAT), เก็บ feedback, ปรับปรุงก่อน pilot 4. Pilot training & adoption · ทำคู่มือใช้งาน/สื่อสอน (one-pager, video script, FAQ) · ช่วยจัด training, ติดตาม adoption, รับ issue และประสานแก้ไข 5. Measurement & reporting · เก็บข้อมูลก่อน-หลัง (เวลาที่ลดลง, จำนวนเคส, error, SLA/CSAT) · ทำรายงานสรุปผลแบบสั้นสำหรับผู้บริหาร และ lesson learned 6. Governance เบื้องต้น · ปฏิบัติตามแนวทาง PDPA/ข้อมูลความลับ และ policy การใช้งาน AI ขององค์กร · บันทึกการเปลี่ยนแปลง/เวอร์ชัน/สิทธิ์เข้าถึง ตามที่ทีมกำหนด คุณสมบัติ พัฒนาการ 34 Nice-to-have · เคยทำโปรเจกต์เกี่ยวกับ automation/AI/Chatbot/RPA (มหาวิทยาลัย/ฝึกงาน/ส่วนตัว) · รู้จัก Power Automate / Make / Zapier / Notion / Jira / Miro / BPMN · พื้นฐาน SQL/BI หรือทำ dashboard ได้
