Software Implementer Swift Dynamics is seeking for a Software Implementer (CMMS/PMMS Platform) to serve our Business Consultancy and Implementation services focusing on Project and Construction Management, Maintenance Management, IoT, AI, areas. 📌 Responsibilities Lead implementation activities, including system setup, configuration, data migration (if any), conduct training and workshop with end user. Develop project proposals, outlining project scope, timeline, pricing and requirements. Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with the development team for solutions. Work closely with the development team, product owner, and management team to enhance system functionality and align with business goals. Support sales activities by providing technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, and assisting with client requirements analysis. Build relationship with customers. Contact new customers. 🔎Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering discipline or related field. 3-5 years of experience in Software Implementation, Project Management, Construction Management, Operations Management, Maintenance Management, IoT, and AI. Strong sense of ownership, high accountability, and ability to work well under pressure. Proven ability to build trust and maintain high satisfaction with clients. Advanced English skills (both written and verbal). Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
