Description

Purpose Design, implement, and manage identity and access management controls across Humanica's multi-cloud environment, enterprise applications, and customer-facing products, ensuring secure and compliant access for employees across Humanica and its subsidiaries, as well as application-level security across the group. Key 8, ISO 27701, SOC 2 Type 2) ### Cross-Functional Coordinate with IT Compliance team on access-related compliance requirements (ISO 27001, ISO 27701, SOC 2 Type 2) Support identity-related XDR coverage in coordination with CyberOps Collaborate with CyberOps on application access monitoring and incident investigation Required 0, OIDC) Experience with Microsoft 365 / Azure AD (Entra ID) administration Knowledge of RBAC, ABAC, and least privilege principles Understanding of application-level access control patterns and authorization models Understanding of compliance requirements related to access control (ISO 27001, ISO 27701, SOC 2 Type 2) Preferred Qualifications Experience with PAM solutions (CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, or similar) Experience with identity governance and administration (IGA) platforms Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture principles Scripting skills for IAM automation (Python, PowerShell) Experience with API security (API gateway, OAuth scopes, token management) Knowledge of OWASP Top 10, particularly Broken Access Control Experience reviewing application security architecture for access control·
