Develop and implement an IT governance framework that aligns with business goals Design and implement comprehensive IT governance frameworks, policies, and guidelines for enterprise IT governance Improve and streamline the IT governance framework to ensure that the IT governance remains relevant and aligned with a strategic direction shift, technological advancement, emerging IT risks, and regulatory changes Identify IT risk management framework and monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of IT risk management Stay abreast with emerging IT risks and industry best practices to ensure proactive risk management Drive the adoption and compliance of IT governance practices across the enterprise 2. Facilitate the IT governance activities across the BDMS network to ensure the successful development, implementation, and maintenance of IT governance 3. Foster enterprise-wide IT governance culture and changes to promote awareness of the importance of IT governance in the organization, accountability, and network collaboration 4. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of IT governance including policies and guidelines to ensure alignment with business goals, proactive risk management, and regulatory compliance 5. Stakeholder Collaboration Facilitate BDMS network’s discussions to resolve IT governance-related issues and implement best practices Communicate IT governance initiatives, progress, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels of the organization including changes in enterprise IT policies/guidelines and IT risk management framework Provide regular updates to the IT governance committee including assessment results of IT governance effectiveness with prioritization and planning actions Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Security, or a related field. 2. Minimum 5 - 7 years’ experience working within an Information Technology management or governance function, preferably in 2 years’ experience leading an IT and/or security governance program 3. Strong knowledge of IT governance standards and frameworks such as COBIT, ISO27001/27799, ITIL 4. Practical work experience in the implementation of IT policies and procedures 5. Proven experience in risk management and monitoring of IT risk and security controls to ensure compliance and business cyber-resilience 6. Professional Information Security certification such as CISM, CISSP, CISA, and CRISC is a plus 7. Strong knowledge and background in Information Technology 8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Working Protocol: 5 Days/ Week (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with 3 Days Working On-site and 2 Days can be working from anywhere.
