Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain backend applications using Python. Create automations to reduce manual tasks and increase operational efficiency. Develop internal tools to support company services and processes. Design, integrate, and maintain APIs and backend services. Integrate solutions with corporate systems, databases, and external platforms. Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement. Gather and understand requirements in collaboration with users and stakeholders. Translate business needs into secure, robust, and scalable technical solutions. Write clean, reusable, well-documented, and easily maintainable code. Develop automated tests and perform rigorous validation of the solutions. Investigate bugs, perform troubleshooting, and implement hotfixes and corrections. Participate in technical definitions and solution architecture discussions. Document applications, processes, integrations, and operational procedures. Support the deployment, maintenance, and continuous evolution of developed tools. Collaborate with technical and multidisciplinary teams in a global environment. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices, standards, and guidelines. Требования: Minimum Qualifications Technical Skills Solid knowledge of Python programming. Proven experience in backend development. Familiarity with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, and Django. Hands-on experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), data structures, and software development best practices (e.g., Clean Code) Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server. Proficiency with Git and version control workflows. Experience with unit testing, error handling, logging, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of Linux environments and automation scripting. Previous experience building backend applications, automation scripts, or internal tools. Fluent English Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of API security, authentication, and authorization protocols (e.g., OAuth2, JWT, OIDC) will be considered a strong differentiator. Familiarity with infrastructure, networking, or information security concepts is a plus.
