Description

Job Responsibilities Interview stakeholders and users to understand the problem space and define problem statement. Craft proposals to justify resource allocations and secure funding. Define success measures and set up dashboards to monitor progress. Identify hypotheses, develop product strategy, and devise initiatives to drive product outcomes. Create a product roadmap and work with the team to ensure timely achievement of goals. Work with designers and software engineers to develop, test and release product. Measure outcomes and continuously iterate product to drive outcomes. Engage with and support users to drive product adoption. Job Requirement Proven track record of driving business outcomes through product ownership. End-to-end experience working with design and engineering teams to build and release products. Demonstrated experience defining success measures and using data to guide product decisions. Experience engaging directly with users and stakeholders to define problems and drive adoption. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively manage high-level stakeholders. Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure, prioritising to meet tight deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail. Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Product Management, or a related discipline. Experience with platforms such as Confluence, JIRA and Balsamiq.
