About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced System Analyst (or Solution Architect for more experienced candidates) to support the delivery of a large-scale CRM platform enhancement and modernization program. The role will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to define solution designs, drive system integration activities, and support implementation across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure-based platforms. Key Responsibilities Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into solution specifications. Design scalable and maintainable application solutions across Dynamics 365 and Azure environments. Lead solution design workshops and provide technical guidance to development teams. Define system integration, data, and application architecture approaches. Support development, testing, deployment, and implementation activities. Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives and technical standards. Requirements Must-Have Experience in Azure Cloud Platform and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 application development projects. Experience participating in enterprise application implementation or enhancement projects. Project experience adopting Azure SQL services. Preferred Experience with Azure services such as API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure DevOps, or Azure Monitor. Microsoft Azure and/or Dynamics 365 certifications.
