about the job. Define and execute the multi-year technology roadmap and strategic vision for a critical enterprise application portfolio across regional locations. Direct portfolio backlog prioritization in alignment with executive stakeholders, balancing feature delivery, technical debt mitigation, operational continuity, and compliance needs. Lead cross-functional alignment across software engineering, architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and external vendor partners to streamline delivery dependencies. Define key success metrics to monitor portfolio performance, stability, and delivery velocity while communicating status and risks to executive leadership. Drive platform rationalization and legacy application transformation programs while mentoring product management professionals. skills and experience required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent Minimum 10 years of relevant experience across application delivery, technology product ownership, or digital transformation Insurance Experience is preferred Leadership experience Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale application portfolios and steering complex multi-team software engineering environments. sg.
