Description

Responsibilities Lead and manage teams responsible for IT infrastructure operations and service delivery. Oversee day-to-day operational activities, including workload management, shift planning, and hardware logistics. Drive operational excellence by ensuring KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics are consistently achieved. Serve as a leader covering multiple IT infrastructure pillar in their operations and provide guidance on best practices. Lead major incident and outage management activities, coordinating cross-functional teams to restore services. Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and operational improvements. Manage workflow efficiency and resource utilization across data center environments. Foster a culture of safety, quality, innovation, and customer-centric service delivery. Support budgeting, planning, and operational governance activities. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. 10+ years of people management experience with direct leadership responsibilities. Strong experience in change, incident, and problem management within critical infrastructure or IT operations environments. Proven ability to lead large operational teams and manage performance effectively. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team coaching skills. Experience managing operational budgets, CapEx, and OpEx planning. Solid project management experience in complex technical environments. Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Data Center-related certifications are advantageous. Fluency in English and Chinese.
