About the role We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Manager to drive our technical operations and software delivery. In this role, you will take full ownership of our internal technology ecosystem, transforming high-level business goals into robust, high-performance digital products. You will manage a lean team of developers, ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our consumer-facing platforms while fostering an engineering culture built on technical excellence and best practices. This role is ideal for a seasoned technical leader who excels at bridging project lifecycles with rigorous execution, ensuring systems are optimized to support a fast-growing business. Key responsibilities Personally write clean, production-ready code, design scalable backend architectures, and build reusable component libraries for our multi-brand B2C platforms (including CRM, POS, and booking engines) Directly oversee a lean, agile engineering team. , Retail, E-commerce, FinTech, Hospitality, or Healthcare) Fluency in Cantonese is a must
