Cloud Operations Engineer Job Summary Support the daily operation, stability, security, and improvement of cloud infrastructure and production systems. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, server administration, automation, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and system enhancements. Responsibilities Support cloud infrastructure and production systems to ensure availability and performance. Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, and support root-cause analysis. Maintain Windows and Linux servers, including upgrades, patching, and routine changes. Ensure compliance with CIS Benchmark and security requirements. Build and maintain automation pipelines or scripts for operational tasks. Liaise with users, technical teams, and vendors on system issues and requirements. Assess systems and processes to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities. Prepare operational, incident, system health, and compliance reports. Support product/system enhancements through requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. Requirements Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience in Cloud Operations, Infrastructure Support, System Administration, Production Support, or Cloud Engineering. Knowledge of Windows/Linux, monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, and production changes. Familiarity with CIS Benchmark, security compliance, CI/CD, scripting, or automation. Good communication, reporting, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. : 11C3373
