In-house (not outstaff) ‼️ We are looking for a Tech Lead Python AI Engineer / Engineering Lead / AI Architect 🤖👩🏻‍💻 🎯 Requirements: • 8+ years of experience in Engineering roles: Software Engineer, Architect, Platform or Engineering Lead • Proven experience building and owning production products/platforms used by multiple customers • Experience defining architecture, taking systems to production and operating them end-to-end • Strong Python experience, with at least one production system where Python was the primary language • Strong Azure expertise: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) or 5+ years designing and running production Azure workloads • Experience with AKS or Container Apps, VNets, Entra ID, Key Vault, managed databases and Infrastructure as Code • Experience delivering software under ISO 27001, SOC 2, DORA, HIPAA or equivalent requirements • Hands-on experience implementing governance and security controls through automated checks, release gates, policy-as-code and access control • Strong AI/LLM experience: building agents, working with open-weight models (Ollama, llama.cpp, vLLM or similar) • Experience with AI coding agents as part of your development workflow • Strong architecture, communication and leadership skills • Player-coach mindset — able to lead engineers while continuing to write and ship production code • Production coding experience within the last 12 months • Strong English skills • Product-building experience rather than only completing technical tasks within outsourcing projects • Ability to provide examples of your work: GitHub repo, technical write-up, demo, etc. Location: Ukraine 🇺🇦 📩 Send your CV: [email]
