PROJECT INFORMATION: Industry: FMCG Start: ASAP Rate: depending on experience. Senior 7+ years of experience: 140 - 165 PLN/h Expert 15+ years of experienced: 165 - 180 PLN/h Contract: B2B 12 + prolongations. Hybrid: aprox 50% time onsite. Location: Gdańsk Project language: English. Business trips: some occasional included. Recruitment process: 2 interviews. Network Consultant We are seeking an experienced Network Consultant who is adept at working within diverse network environments. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in computer science or telecommunications and will have hands-on experience designing and implementing network infrastructures. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Main Responsibilities Travel to sites to assess and understand network infrastructure. Conduct quality reviews of network implementations. Create solution design and technical documentation. Implement solutions and conduct testing with users. Resolve ongoing network issues proactively. Participate in agile team ceremonies. Update user stories for feature prioritization. Engage in collaboration meetings with stakeholders. Key Requirements University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field (preferred). Cisco CCNP Enterprise / Security (required). Experience in enterprise wireless design and deployment (WLCs, APs, RF planning, wireless security). Knowledge of ITIL Foundation or similar frameworks. Proficient in physical, virtual and hybrid network environments. Experience with enterprise wireless design and deployment. Expertise in Cisco Catalyst Center (formerly DNA Center). Problem Solving mindset and ability to collect, and interpret logs and network data to identify and resolve issues proactively. Broad range of expertise such as to read and validate local network documentation, collect and analyze business and technical requirements. Having a solid business process understanding, allowing you to engage in dialogue with your business owners Nice to Have: Familiarity with Cisco ISE (advantage). Knowledge of SolarWinds Orion NMS (advantage). Experience with Panorama centralized management. Palo Alto Networks PCNSE or equivalent (nice to have). Understanding of Agile / Scrum / Lean methodologies (is a plus) Other Details: Start time is as soon as possible. This is a full-time position based in the Tri-city area, with an expectation to be in the office approximately 50% of the time.
