Description

We are looking for a highly hands-on and independent Solutions Architect (Payments) with strong product acumen to design and deliver scalable, secure, and innovative payment solutions. This role bridges business needs and technical execution, owning end-to-end solution architecture while collaborating across product, engineering, and commercial teams. Key Responsibilities Define and drive the product vision, roadmap and solution architecture for payment products. Conduct rigorous market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Roadmap Execution: Translate high-level customer needs into detailed technical specifications, including user stories, epics, and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs). Cross-Functional Leadership: * Partner with Engineering to ensure high-quality, timely delivery. Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Risk to ensure compliance with global standards (PCI-DSS, PSD2, AML/KYC). Support Marketing and Sales with technical product positioning and go-to-market strategies. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a subject matter expert at industry events. Communicate roadmap progress and technical challenges effectively to executive leadership and external partners. Requirements 5-8 years of experience in Product Management, Solutions Architecture, or payment Solutions. Prefer within Fintech, Payments, or Financial Services.
