Responsibilities
Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap and investment priorities for Partner Experience products and CDE capabilities. Work with project delivery, estate management, development, operations and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve information flow across the asset lifecycle. Drive the digitalization of design management, construction management, document control, collaboration, handover and operational readiness processes.
Establish product strategies that improve information quality, governance, traceability and accessibility across project and operational environments. Prioritise enhancements across document management, workflows, integrations, BIM coordination, digital submissions and reporting capabilities. Translate user needs and business outcomes into a prioritised product backlog, making trade-offs across value, risk, cost, dependencies and delivery constraints.
Define adoption metrics, product success measures and value-realisation outcomes, and use evidence to guide product decisions. Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, operations teams and technology partners to align digital delivery objectives. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure solutions remain scalable, maintainable and aligned with long-term business objectives.
Manage product dependencies, risks and stakeholder expectations while enabling incremental delivery and continuous improvement. Required Skills and Experience 5+ years of experience in product management, construction digitalisation, information management, project delivery, asset management or a related role. Proven experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, investment priorities and measurable outcomes for enterprise digital products or platforms.
Strong understanding of construction delivery processes, BIM-enabled workflows, Common Data Environment principles and project-to-operations information handover. Practical experience improving document control, collaboration, approval, coordination, digital submission or information governance processes in the built environment. Ability to translate business, user and operational needs into clear product priorities, outcomes and an actionable backlog.
Experience making product trade-offs across user value, strategic alignment, delivery effort, technical constraints, risk and lifecycle cost. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align project teams, consultants, contractors, operations teams, technical specialists and senior decision-makers. Good understanding of information quality, metadata, data ownership, auditability, traceability and lifecycle governance.
Experience working with multidisciplinary design, engineering, architecture and delivery teams in agile or product-oriented environments. Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to explain product decisions, value and delivery trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Skills: Hands-on familiarity with one or more CDE, BIM or construction collaboration platforms.
Working knowledge of ISO 19650 concepts, including information requirements, status, revision, suitability, approval and delivery workflows. Experience in construction, property development, facilities management, asset operations or the wider built environment. Familiarity with BIM coordination, digital engineering, model and document management, digital submissions and project-to-operations handover.
Experience defining and tracking adoption, product performance, user experience and value-realisation measures. Understanding of enterprise integration, APIs, master data, reporting, analytics and platform ecosystems. Familiarity with product delivery tools and methodologies, such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint, Scrum or Kanban.
