Description

Responsibilities: Collect requirements from business stakeholders Document requirements as features and/or user stories Drive requirements from elicitation through documentation to handover to developers Work independently in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders and dependencies Analyze and understand complex systems and business processes Support onboarding and knowledge acquisition within the Core Banking program Requirements Proven experience with CDW and reporting Fluent English communication skills Strong knowledge of data governance and data mapping Experience in the banking sector, preferably within a large bank 5-10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst Experience working in large-scale programs with approximately 300+ employees Practical knowledge of SQL or similar data querying tools Ability to manage requirements independently from collection to development handover Nice to have Experience working in a Nordic bank Knowledge of reporting solutions and processes Experience working with Hadoop Offer: Private medical care Co-financing for the sports card Constant support of dedicated consultant Employee referral program
