Business Analyst – Corporate Actions (Broadridge) 100% REMOTE About the Role We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Corporate Actions and securities post-trade processing. The successful candidate will work closely with business, operations, and technology teams to analyze complex processes, define requirements, improve system capabilities, and support the delivery of solutions across Corporate Actions platforms, ideally leveraging Broadridge applications. Key Responsibilities Analyze and document Corporate Actions processes, workflows, and system interactions. Gather, clarify, and translate business needs into detailed functional and system requirements. Support Corporate Actions processing across mandatory, mandatory-with-options, and voluntary events. Analyze the end-to-end Corporate Actions lifecycle, including: Event announcement and capture Event validation and enrichment Eligibility and entitlement calculations Election processing Instruction management Payment and distribution activities Cash and securities booking Reconciliation and event closure Review and analyze Corporate Actions processing within Broadridge platforms and connected systems. Analyze data mappings, interfaces, and message flows, including SWIFT Corporate Action messages. Investigate business and processing issues, identify root causes, and recommend appropriate solutions. Define business rules, validation requirements, reconciliation controls, and exception-handling
