About the company We are recruiting on behalf of a US-based technology company transforming how real estate professionals run their businesses . Its platform brings together CRM, marketing, communication and business workflows in one product used by real estate teams in the US. This is a high-impact backend role for an engineer who enjoys working with large datasets, complex APIs and production systems at scale . You will have genuine ownership of features, from technical planning through to production , while working closely with a distributed US engineering team. js and JavaScript experience Strong PostgreSQL expertise , including pure SQL without an ORM Proven experience building scalable, data-intensive production applications Strong API design and development skills Solid experience with backend architecture, testing and maintainability Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of features Ability to explain technical decisions and trade-offs clearly Nice-to-haves RabbitMQ Redis Experience leading projects or major features Background in real estate technology, CRM or marketing platforms Location and working hours Remote role for candidates based in Poland Flexible working schedule Minimum 4 hours of overlap with the US team If you're a Senior Backend Engineer who likes owning meaningful technical problems, working close to the data and building systems that operate at scale , this could be a strong opportunity.
