HR Responsibilities · Overall Purpose of the Role: Taking response to IT infrastructure (Computer Network, Servers and VOIP system). · This role supports the server/network administration, IT security, Procurement and, IT administration. Knowledge responsibilities: · Windows Server, LAN and WAN networking, Firewall, VoIP, and IT Service Management Process (ITIL) Functional Responsibility · Functional Area (IT Users Support) · Support: Support colleagues as technical tier II to provide a top-notch IT support level in accordance to IT services management policies. Functional Area (IT Infrastructures) · Hardware/Software: Defining/testing new hardware/software platforms, hardware/software asset management and hardware/software supplies sourcing. IT Policy: Enforcing the Group IT policy in all respects, ensuring compliance from everyone · Server: Setup/maintaining/retiring servers, preventive and corrective server, and managing virtual servers and server backup/recovery. Network Administration: LAN, WAN and Internet as well as virtual connection as VPN, wireless LAN, wireless WAN, GPRS/EDGE and 4G through smart devices. · IT Security: Datacenter security, access control, CCTV, accidental prevention, disaster prevention/recovery, virtual security (encrypting, encoding, backup and recovery), hacking prevention, malware protection. · Procurement: IT procurements in accordance to procurement strategy and policy for BKK and ADC. IT supplier sourcing and defining specification Project: Assist IT Operations Manager to implement the projects relating to IT Infrastructure which correspondences with business requirement Internal/ External Interactions Internal: · Support computer clients of RMA Automotive at ADC site concerning with IT infrastructure · Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain infrastructure—networks, servers, and VoIP. g. E-mail system · Coordinate with IT suppliers and vendors concerning the Internet, LAN, UPS, printers, CCTV system, and Access Control Door system Background and experience · Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field. – Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Management Information System, or related fields. · Good command of English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
