Responsibilities
Support in defining ICT disruption scenarios and link applicable scenarios to relevant Critical Infrastructure Frameworks (CIFs). Assist in the creation of the ICT BCP framework and templates according to guidelines and stakeholder input. Plan and facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to finalize ICT BCPs.
Track and manage open actions from meetings, developing follow-up plans to support project reporting. Collaborate with relevant programs to align on the content and scope of CIFs ICT BCPs. Key
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in developing Business Continuity frameworks or documentation. Understanding of relevant Financial Sector Informatics (FSI) regulations concerning ICT BCPs. Knowledge of Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, and Crisis Management processes.
Experience in project documentation and preparation of presentation materials. Strong communication skills to develop processes, procedures, policies, or frameworks. Fluency in English (writing, verbal, and reading).
Nice to Have: Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. Previous exposure to frameworks and templates in Business Continuity planning.
