Data Architect BearingPoint Ireland has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Data Architect to join our growing Data & AI practice. This role focuses on end‑to‑end data architecture design and delivery across complex client environments, spanning business requirements, data modelling, integration, migration, governance, and modern data platforms. The Data Architect plays a client‑facing, delivery‑led role, working closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and platform specialists to shape robust, scalable, and analytics‑ready data architectures. Key g. ADF, SSIS, Kafka, Talend or equivalent) Strong SQL skills and experience using scripting/automation to support data delivery Experience designing data solutions across on‑premise, hybrid, and cloud‑based environments Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and security concepts within regulated environments Strong communication skills, including stakeholder engagement, documentation, and workshop facilitation Experience working with modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar Experience supporting Power BI or analytics layers as part of enterprise data architectures Familiarity with AI‑ and analytics‑ready data designs (feature‑ready data, curated layers, data products) Knowledge of modern software and data delivery practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD for data) Desirable Experience Experience in exploring innovative data and AI‑enabled approaches to enhance data platform design, delivery efficiency, and decision‑making.
