About Us We are a fast-growing and exciting tech startup that provides innovative and human-centric digital twin solutions, ranging from smart construction, 3D visualization, VR gaming to 4D immersive experience. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination: Work closely with Project Managers and technicians on day-to-day project execution and schedule tracking, for real-world IT and IoT digital solution projects. Hardware & Device Setup: Hands-on setup, installation, and testing of Smart devices, IoT devices, and AI-driven devices. On-Site Delivery & Deployment: Responsible for hardware delivery and on-site deployment/testing at construction sites (地盤). Site Support: Coordinate on-site technical operations and support daily site-level project operations. Requirements Education: Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Professional Certificate in a relevant field; equivalent practical, hands-on project execution/coordination experience will also be considered. Technical Interest: Strong interest and basic understanding in Smart devices, IoT hardware, AI solutions, or smart construction technologies. g. Jira, MS Project) preferred. Mindset & Skills: Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn. Good communication and interpersonal skills (Cantonese and English) Detail-minded, well-organized, and able to manage multi-tasking under deadlines. Basic familiarity with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Role Scope & Growth Gradually take ownership of assigned technical deployment tasks or small-scale projects. Clear career pathway to grow into Senior Project Executive, Project Manager or Business Analyst role.
