Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated digital twin solutions, IoT/AI hardware deployments, and smart construction web platform.
You will oversee the full project lifecycle—from software/system integration and client stakeholder management to on-site hardware deployment and site delivery coordination. Key
Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery: Lead end-to-end implementation of web platform, digital twin, 3D visualization, and AI/IoT integrated solutions for smart city and construction clients. Site & Deployment Management: Oversee project deployment, site delivery, and technical operations, managing Project Executives (PE) and technicians for hardware, IoT, and AI device setups. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Serve as the main contact point for clients, main contractors, business stakeholders & internal tech/dev teams, and third-party vendors.
Lifecycle & Risk Management: Manage scope, project timelines, budget, and risk registers across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and physical deployment phases. Quality & UAT: Direct testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and on-site hardware/system acceptance to ensure seamless integration between physical hardware and digital platforms.

Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, CCNP, ITIL, or Scrum are a plus. · Experience: At least 2–5 years of project management experience within a software, IT, or IoT environment, with a proven track record in digital solutions, smart city technologies, or smart construction deployments.
· Core Competencies & Skills: Exceptional leadership, project management, and client management skills. Strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. · Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of IoT hardware setups, AI-driven devices, 3D/digital twin platforms, SDLC methodologies, and construction site operational workflows.
Proficiency in project tools like Jira and MS Project. · Site Capability: Comfortable leading site-based deployment projects and conducting construction site visits as required. · Communication & Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving mindset with fluent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
