We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to join a major transformation initiative and take ownership of the ServiceNow platform architecture. 🗝️Fully remote work (from Poland) or hybrid from Warsaw - you choose! 🗝️Full-time 🗝️Start: mid-August, 2026 Main tasks: Define and govern the ServiceNow platform architecture, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and maintainability. Align platform architecture with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. Drive the platform roadmap and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and continuous improvement. Establish architecture standards, governance practices, and design review processes. Lead solution design across ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, IRM/GRC, CSM, and HRSD. Own the CMDB and CSDM strategy, ensuring data quality and platform consistency. Act as a trusted advisor, translating business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions. Collaborate with Platform Owners, Enterprise Architecture, and key stakeholders to support strategic platform development. Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification. 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow and ServiceNow architecture. 7+ years of experience working in compliance, audit, or regulated environments.
