We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support regulatory reporting initiatives within the banking sector. The person in this role will be responsible for analyzing and implementing regulatory requirements, improving reporting processes, reducing manual adjustments, and supporting regulatory remediation activities . The role involves close cooperation between business and IT teams, with a strong focus on SQL, data warehouse solutions, financial data, and regulatory reporting . 📍 100% remote 💰 Rate: 120–140 PLN/h net (B2B) 📅 Long-term cooperation – until 28.02.2027 with possible extension Requirements Strong knowledge of banking regulatory reporting processes and frameworks. Solid understanding of banking products, systems, processes, and financial data . Proven experience as a Business Analyst , including requirements analysis and requirements engineering. Experience in business process modelling and process optimization. Ability to analyze and translate regulatory requirements into clear business and data requirements. Understanding of reporting rules, validation logic, and supervisory requirements. Strong SQL skills and experience working with financial and reporting data. Understanding of data warehouse concepts and reporting solutions. Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
