We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (Projects) to join our project team and support the successful delivery of complex infrastructure and railway signaling projects. In this role, you will proactively identify commercial opportunities, manage variations and additional services, and ensure contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle. As a key member of the project team, you will work closely with Project Management, Contract Management, and other stakeholders to maximize project value and support successful commercial outcomes. Key Responsibilities Analyze contractual agreements and identify deviations from the agreed scope of work. Support project teams in the identification, documentation, pricing, and billing of additional services and contract variations.
