Description

We are looking for an experienced Environment Owner / Infrastructure Project Manager to join a strategic, long-term Core Banking programme. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the readiness of IT environments used across key technology and migration initiatives. Location: Gdańsk / Gdynia / Warsaw, Poland Work model: Hybrid – 3 days per week from the office The preferred location is the Tricity area. We are also open to candidates based elsewhere in Poland who are willing to travel occasionally to Tricity. Responsibilities Take ownership of the availability and readiness of Dev, Test and PreProd environments, as well as provide coordination support for Production when required. Coordinate environment refreshes, code installations, database imports, patches and infrastructure changes. Proactively identify and manage dependencies, risks and impediments impacting planned deliveries. Resolve scheduling conflicts between multiple teams using shared environments. Define environment requirements and cooperate with providers responsible for infrastructure procurement, configuration and ongoing maintenance. Coordinate technical support during migrations, testing activities and Production Go Live events. Work closely with technical teams, Operations, Application Maintenance, Production Support, infrastructure teams and external vendors. Manage user access to environments.
