Discovery & Requirements Run end-to-end discovery - from stakeholder interviews to technical deep dives. Turn business needs into clear, testable, and prioritised requirements . Map processes and systems (BPMN, UML) to spot gaps and optimisation opportunities. Identify integration points across complex enterprise landscapes (ERP, CRM, CMS, APIs, data platforms). Technical & Solution Analysis Collaborate with EMs and Tech Leads to shape scalable, future-proof architectures . Validate technical feasibility, security, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. Decompose complex solutions into deliverable, trackable increments. Presales & Client Engagement Lead requirements capture in presales and RFP processes. Shape solution proposals with Delivery & Engineering. Build credibility with C-level and technical teams by linking technology to business impact .
