You will be leading a dedicated team of 6 engineers and testers, driving the core features of our advertising platform. Your team builds and owns the "command center" for campaign configuration - the critical first touchpoint for advertisers and partners launching Advertising Campaigns on our platform. You will focus on delivering a simplified, highly intuitive UX for users and building merchant loyalty. Advanced Automation: Lead the development and optimization of automated campaign solutions, helping advertisers achieve better performance with minimal manual effort, including AI-driven solutions Technical Evolution: Guide the team in expanding their architectural scope as they gradually take on broader full-stack responsibilities to deliver end-to-end solutions independently.
