About the role Design and develop backend and frontend applications for a German client, with German as the working language and the language of project documentation Evaluate client requirements from a technical perspective and provide effort estimations Support the design and development of proof of concepts (PoCs) and prototypes Create technical designs in collaboration with architects and other consultants Ensure high-quality source code through peer reviews, technical discussions, and the creation of coding standards and style guides Motivate and support other team members in delivering stable, maintainable, and scalable solutions Mentor and coach both internal and external developers, while creating solution-specific templates and development guidelines Support the entire softwar
