Responsibilities Lead preparation activities, including custom code and business process inventories, to establish transformation groundwork Build and empower cross-functional teams comprising business and IT representatives Manage system cloning, sandbox preparation, and scope selection for iterative analysis Conduct custom code extraction, analysis, and deactivation to reduce waste and improve system efficiency Facilitate upskilling initiatives aligned with SAP Best Practices in order to optimize execution Guide decision-making processes and demonstrate results to sponsors and stakeholders using AI-supported tools Requirements 10+ years of experience in SAP Functional Consulting Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA processes and experience with SAP moder
