5 FTE Work model: 100% remote , with occasional on-site presence in Poland depending on project needs Rate: PLN 180–220 net + VAT/hour/B2B About the project We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to support a long-term ERP / IT implementation project within a large international manufacturing organization . The project combines IT systems, ERP, business processes and physical manufacturing operations . The key challenge is ensuring that technology and production readiness are fully aligned — from systems and processes to machinery and operational infrastructure. This is a highly business-critical environment where delays or issues in IT implementation can directly affect production continuity and business results. Your responsibilities Coordinate IT activities within a large-scale manufacturing implementation project. Manage multiple teams, stakeholders and cross-functional dependencies. Coordinate dependencies between ERP/IT systems, business processes, production and physical infrastructure . Own project planning, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies. Ensure that IT implementation activities remain aligned with the overall production and operational readiness plan.
