Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Senior Systems Integrations Specialist Responsibilities Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business and technical requirements Analyze existing documentation and systems to identify gaps and improvement opportunities Facilitate requirement elicitation sessions with cross-functional teams Document functional and non-functional requirements using appropriate methodologies Create and maintain requirements specifications, process flows, system designs, and technical documentation Develop user stories and acceptance criteria using Gherkin syntax Produce UML diagrams and BPMN process models Maintain documentation version control in GitHub or equivalent platforms Design REST APIs in line with best practices and organizational standards Create data models and database schemas aligned with business requirements Develop system architecture diagrams and technical specifications Design integration patterns and data flow diagrams Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate requirements, review designs, and gather feedback Coordinate daily with developers, architects, and technical teams to ensure feasibility and alignment Fac
