Your role We are seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Managing Consultant (Architect) to join our Project & Consulting team, advising senior business stakeholders on HR technology strategy and platform architecture. This role focuses on designing integrated solutions that maximize value from ServiceNow HRSD and complementary HR platforms such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors. You will shape platform strategy, define integration approaches, and ensure a seamless employee experience across systems. Your tasks • Advise clients on HR technology setup and roadmap, aligning ServiceNow HRSD with broader HR transformation goals with Agentic AI elements. • Define architecture principles and integration strategies across ServiceNow, Workday, SuccessFactors, and other HR systems. • Lead design for HRSD modules (Case Management, Knowledge, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, AI Agents). • Ensure interoperability and optimized workflows between platforms to deliver unified HR services. • Design integration patterns leveraging APIs, Integration Hub, and middleware. • Recommend best practices for data ex
